Your sins that have grown

Your sins have grown to become a large pile
And left you in the stage of denial
They took over your hope and sincerity
And left you in a world of poverty
Your heart is blackened and your soul is hurt
You buried everything you loved in the dirt
Now you are left with nothing to spare
But truly your soul is not aware
Of the punishment for the grave and the fire
Had you forgotten that you were a liar?
You rejected the signs of your Rab
And now you must face 3dhaab alqabr
Satan played games with your head
What can you do now that you’re dead?
You turned away from al hoda
Thinking you will still go to Jannah
You fell for the bribes of Shaytan
Because of him your good deeds were gone
Then at the end all the blame comes to you
Shaytan says I had nothing to do
Now you are trapped in the chains of hellfire
Is it still shaytan that you admire?
You claimed that you were one of the best
That you didn’t belong with all the rest
You underestimated Allah’s power
And thought you were the top of the tower
You forgot the one who created you
The all knowing of what you do
You led your own self astray
And turned away from the straight way
You did things that you knew were wrong
And said oh my life is long
You thought you had much time to repent
But before you knew it was time for judgment
You lied to yourself saying you’re going to paradise
But things didn’t end up so easy and nice
So know that your life is not that long
God forbid tomorrow you’ll be gone
Turn to Allah before it’s too late
Before you end up in this sinful state
